Will Alderfer
Will is the head jeweler and co-founder of W.R. Metalarts based in Brattleboro, Vermont.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of Ethical Metalsmiths. -
Kyle Bi
Kyle Abraham Bi, Owner and CEO of Reflective Jewelry, was an inaugural recipient of the Black in Jewelry Coalition x GIA Distance Education Scholarship — as well as a signatory of 2020’s BIPOC Open Letter to the jewelry industry. He has functioned as a representative for North American jewelers to the USAID Zahabu Safi (Clean Gold) Project, appeared as a featured speaker at the Chicago Responsible Jewelry Conference, and is a regular feature writer for Jewellery Business Magazine. He serves on both Ethical Metalsmiths’ Advisory Council and Action Coalition, and is an Editor and Author for their blog The Source. Kyle holds a BA from Brown University in Contemplative Studies, and is a Graduate Gemologist.

Ana Brazaitytė
Ana is the owner, designer, and maker of Truss and Ore Jewelry based in Oakland, CA (unceded Ohlone land). Truss and Ore is rooted in the mission of creating positive impacts in all parts of the jewelry supply chain.
She is a sustainability consultant and educator, as well as an active member of Ethical Metalsmiths, The Jewelry Glossary Project, and The Precious Metals Impact Forum.

Marilena Marchetti
Marilena is a documentary filmmaker and jeweler. She occasionally writes about gold.
In a past life, she worked in special education in Chicago Public Schools and the New York City Department of Education. -
Alisa Thorp
Alisa is a co-founder of Mercurius Jewelry, on Huchiun Ohlone land in Oakland, California.
Alisa is currently studying gemology at the GIA and seeks out exquisite, ethically-sourced materials. She has a degree in Environmental Biology but followed her heart to study and teach yoga for more than a decade before taking over the operations of Mercurius. -
Sandrine Valentine
Sandrine is the artisan behind Sandrine B. Jewelry. Her jewelry reflects the moments of life that speak to her wherever she happens to be - whether in her hometown of New York City, in her travels, or at her childhood homes in Lyon, France and Corsica.
She is also a children’s advocate in NYC, donating a portion of her profits to No Kid Hungry, an organization that's committed to ending child hunger in the United States.
